 Course Description
This is the second in a series of courses that covers the fundamental principles underlying the pathological alterations in cellular and organ function and pathogenesis of the most common human diseases.  Topics include the investigation of kidney pathologies, lower urinary track and reproductive diseases, breast related conditions, endocrine system disorders, common musculoskeletal diseases, and a review of common central nervous system pathologies. An emphasis is placed on correlation of  clinical and anatomical manifestations.

How this course relates to other courses:

This course is a continuation in the development of a deep understanding of the pathologies commonly seen in humans. This course in a continuation of the foundational materials studied in Cells Physiology and Histology, Neuroanatomy and Pathology 1. The course also compliments the concurrent course of Clinically Oriented Anatomy and Physiology 3.
